The most important advantage that is mentioned again and again is the possibility to offer a huge amount of variation in a lesson with one product. For example, the discs can be placed under the feet in chest-deep water, you simply stand on top of them, then you can perform spread-close-spread, cross-country and twist exercises, the discs simply slide along the bottom. Furthermore, you can grab the discs in a comfortable handle and perform numerous resistance exercises or speed exercises. The discs weigh about 450 grams each, so above the water we have weight!

Another not unimportant advantage is the small storage space that the “wetshaper” takes up and the almost unlimited durability of the product.

The “Wetshaper” is used for Aqua-HIIT, Aqua-Robbics, Aqua-Jogging, Aqua-Varia, Senior fitness, Fitness swimming, as a stabilizer for swimming exercises and for physiotherapy. The Wetshaper is asymmetrical, we have a flat side and a slight curve on the other side, this gives a lot of variation possibilities.
