Ideal for all levels of training, the longer length of the Long Blade Fin allows for a lighter kick so you can achieve a propulsive whip during speed work and drills. Use it to help establish stroke cadence for longer endurance sets and to add speed and power to technique sessions. Comfortable to wear, it includes a soft foot pocket for a comfy fit and is made from 100% natural rubber. Colour varies according to fin size :
