KICKBOARD BORN TO SWIM

A good powerful kick is a bread and butter of swimming. Even though it is better for swimmers to practice kicking without kickboard and on their sides, there are times a solid kickboard is necessary. For example, during a sprint kick sets or in a social kicking time when swimmers discuss among themselves while they kick.

The BornToSwim® Kickboard fits well for children as well as adults. It is made out of a robust EVA foam material which will withstand some beating. There are also a few cutouts and grips for different hand positions to give the kickboard more versatility.

Pro Swim Tip: To get a bit more out of your kicking workout, stick your hands through the two larger holes at the bottom of the kickboard and start kicking with your arms extended forward. Now press down with your hands until the kickboard is in a vertical position and you have an added resistance.
